The full story
Gower kid, family business upbringing, and at 22 already one of the busiest young agents with RJC Team Real Estate. Here is who he is, where he comes from and why families across northwest Missouri trust him with the biggest purchase of their lives.

01 · Where it started
Jack was born and raised in Gower, Missouri, a town of about 1,500 people that sits on the line between Buchanan and Clinton counties, just north of Kansas City.
Growing up here meant gravel roads, county fairs, Friday night football and knowing most of the people at the gas station by name. It also means that today, when Jack shows a home in Gower, Plattsburg, Agency, Trimble, Weston, Cameron or Osborn, he isn't learning the area from a map. He already knows which roads flood, which school districts families are moving for and what a fair price per acre looks like out here.
Jack played football for East Buchanan and helped lead the team to two state championships.
02 · A family that builds
Jack's family runs A Building Co, an excavation and construction company based right here in Gower. He grew up around building pads, driveways, ponds, grading and custom homes going up from bare ground.
That background shows up in how he sells real estate. When a buyer is looking at raw land, Jack can talk through what it takes to get a site build-ready. And when they're ready, his family's company can do the excavation and build the home, so the client has one local family looking after the whole project, from finding the property to moving in. When he walks through a home, he knows what he's looking at, and he can tell whether a repair is a deal breaker or something that can be fixed cheaply.
Jack has also been around business owners since he was little, following in the footsteps of his father, who built strong relationships with some of the largest landowners and commercial business owners in the Kansas City area. That gave Jack an entrepreneur's mindset, strong sales and people skills, and a life built around succeeding in business and forming new relationships he can put to work for his clients.

03 · Getting into real estate
Most people Jack's age are still figuring out what they want to do. Jack had already decided: he wanted to help the people he grew up with buy and sell the homes and land around them. He got into real estate to build a career out of the relationships he had made and to help build communities. He has never been afraid to shake a hand and introduce himself, because you never know what opportunity can come from a handshake.
Jack earned his Missouri real estate license in November 2023 and joined RJC Team Real Estate at Keller Williams, and he has been growing steadily ever since. He works alongside Team RJC, a team that closes more than $25 million in sales every year.
04 · What he has done since
Since joining RJC Team Real Estate, Jack has helped families close on 39 homes, for $12.2 million in total sales. Those deals have covered first homes, family homes, acreage and country properties across northwest Missouri.
In 2026, Jack was selected for the Elite Producers Club at Keller Williams after selling more than $5.5 million that year.
05 · Outside of work
Jack is always out doing something. He plays basketball two or three nights a week in Gower, St. Joseph and Kansas City, and hits the gym four nights a week to stay in shape. Whether it's on the court, at the gym or at events and festivals around the area, he's meeting new people and building relationships.
Why people work with Jack
Jack makes answering the phone a priority. If he can't pick up on the first ring, you can expect a call back within 30 minutes.
He grew up on these roads and farms, so he can tell you what a property is really worth and what living there is like.
With his family's company, A Building Co, he can help you go from bare acreage to a finished build without starting over with strangers.
Jack works with RJC Team Real Estate, so you get his energy and attention backed by an experienced brokerage.
"Build a life you're proud to come home to. Help others find a place to build theirs."
